- Can you do Sedona or the Grand Canyon as a day trip from Phoenix?
- Sedona is an easy day trip — about two hours each way up I-17 and SR-179. The Grand Canyon South Rim is doable but long: roughly 3.5 to 4 hours each way, or 7 to 9 hours of round-trip driving, so it works best with a pre-dawn start. Use the day-trip planner to size up either before you book.
- Which Sky Harbor terminal will my chauffeur use?
- It depends on your airline. Terminal 4 (east side) handles American, Southwest, United, Alaska, JetBlue, Spirit, Frontier and most international flights; Terminal 3 (west side) handles Delta, Hawaiian, WestJet and Sun Country. Your chauffeur confirms your airline and stages at the correct terminal.
- How do you handle the summer heat?
- Heat is a scheduling problem first. We stage outdoor time for the cool morning hours, keep the cabin pre-cooled, carry water, and in summer push departures earlier. For high-country destinations like the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff or Sedona, the elevation does the cooling for you — sometimes twenty degrees below the Valley.
- Do you quote flat rates or meter the trip?
- We quote a flat, confirmed fare before the trip — no surge pricing. For day trips and hourly work, you know the rate before you commit.
- How far in advance should I book?
- Airport transfers can often be arranged same-day subject to availability, but day trips and group vehicles are best reserved a day or more ahead so we can plan the route and timing properly. Call the desk and we will tell you what is possible for your date.
- What areas do you serve?
- Phoenix, Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and the wider Valley for transfers, and statewide for day trips and touring — Sedona, the Grand Canyon, Tucson, Flagstaff, Prescott, Jerome and beyond.
